How To Find Scholarships

Explore the monthly scholarships listed below. Identify and apply for those scholarships that align with your qualifications and interests.

Protect Yourself

  • Remember, you should never have to pay to get a scholarship.
  • Never give out personal financial information such as bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or your social security number.
  • Keep in mind that small scholarships add up and are often less competitive.
  • Start applying for scholarships early, as they are available for all ages year-round.

Before you apply:

  • Create a scholarship resume highlighting your awards, services, experiences, activities, leadership roles, and skills. Keep it current and up-to-date to streamline the scholarship application process. Making a resume will facilitate completing scholarship applications.  Click here for scholarship resume accomplishment/references ideas.

  • Check and record the deadlines for scholarship submissions.

  • Prioritize the scholarships that matter most to you and focus on those first

Additional Tips:

  • Use a professional email address.
  • Remove immature and inappropriate materials from your social media.
  • Make a copy of your application before mailing it.
