I earned a Master’s Degree in Education and Curriculum from Weber State University and received an Administrative Certificate from Utah State University.  I started my teaching and coaching career at Roy High School. While at Roy High School I taught African-American History, World History, U.S. History, and Advanced Placement European History and coached various sports.  I have been the Principal of Wahlquist Jr. High School, Fremont High School and Bonneville High School.  I am currently the Director of Career Technology Education (CTE) for Weber School District.  I am an avid reader and believes that “education is the key to the future for kids”.  I live in Layton with my wife Cara and have three kid’s, Caray, Simone and Sean.  My hobbies are many. I have a love for power-lifting, bodybuilding, snowboarding, camping, and mountain biking especially with my family.
